Glenn Johnson was admitted to Jolley Acres after having a pubis fracture, which left him very debilitated and lacking mobility. After getting acclimated to our facility, Mr. Johnson began his rehab journey with physical, occupational, and speech therapy in order to increase his strength, mobility, cognition, and ability to complete daily tasks.

 After several weeks of intense therapy, Mr. Johnson was able to improve with his strength and mobility, navigating through out the facility with a cane and a chip on his shoulder! He was able to improve his ability to complete daily activities with no assistance and was able to discharge home with home health services.
