“Congratulations, Ms. Phillips!”

We would like to celebrate the success of Ms. Lillie Phillips at Jolley Acres Healthcare! Ms. Phillips came to us after being hospitalized due to bilateral lower extremity swelling and peripheral neuropathy, which resulted in a decline in her ability to complete daily tasks and ambulate safely. Ms. Phillips started off strong with her physical and occupational therapy, striving to get the most out of each session. She always enjoyed her morning walks with therapy, navigating throughout the hallways with her rollator while saying hello to the nursing staff!

    With her eagerness to get back to her prior level of function, Ms. Phillips progressed to be discharged safely to an Assisted Living Facility, where she will be able to enjoy her sunny walks and visits from her family. We are proud of her progress and wish her the best with her independence!
