“Congratulations, Ms. Phillips!”

We would like to celebrate the success of Ms. Clarke at Jolley Acres Healthcare! Ms. Clarke formerly lived in an assisted living center and was admitted to the hospital suffering multiple co-morbidities that rendered her nearly total dependent care. Because of this, her family questioned whether or not she would even be able to return to herself. Upon arrival at our facility, Ms. Clarke required moderate to maximal assistance for most tasks.

During her stay here, she always pushed herself to get up out of bed, engaged in social activities, and gave 110% to her skilled therapy plan of care. Ultimately, Ms. Clarke progressed to a modified independent level of performance, defying the odds and returning to her life in an assisted living center. Ms. Clarke exhibited great resilience and we are incredibly proud of her progress, wishing her best in getting back to enjoying life!
